I’d like to thank Melissa for all her help when we processed our recent payroll. The work she did to make sure all timesheet calculations were accurate for our non-exempt employees who received back-dated merit increases was instrumental to our successful payroll run. We would have had to do several manual calculations and issue retro payments in the following payroll for these overtime hours had it not been for her assistance. We greatly appreciate her urgency addressing this issue and the constant communication on the status of the recalculations.
