Jacqueline Vega

Jacqueline Vega has over 20 years of functional and technical experience implementing HCM solutions for large multinational organizations such as IHG, CarMax, Scripps Networks Interactive and Avis Budget Group. She has extensive background with SOX compliance, business process outsourcing, troubleshooting, staff training, organizational readiness, and process improvement and has continually made significant contributions to optimize organizational efficiency and productivity. 

Jacqueline is a results-oriented individual who has a strong sense for task prioritization and possesses managerial aptitude. With her broad experience leading HCM and payroll implementations coupled with her communication and organizational skills, she is well suited to help her clients maximize the investment in their HCM solution.

She has experience working with Ceridian Dayforce, Excelity, Itos and numerous ADP products including Vantage HCM, Globalview, Streamline, Workforce Now and PCPW. She has been recognized for her excellence educating clients on SAS70 and Sox Compliance for 5 years at ADP’s annual Meeting of the Minds Conference and she played a key role in creating and training ADP’s customer support operation in India that included 120 standard operating procedures. Jacqueline also planned and executed the centralization of the ADP’s Shared Services’ departments from across the U.S. 

She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communications from The University of Denver and is a member of the American Payroll Association.
