She has a proven record in strategic and operational leadership involving the design, development and implementation of HR and payroll-related systems. Her career is rich with functional and technical expertise in data extraction and analytics, system integration and administration. Kim’s has a passion for the effective use of Information Systems in Human Resources settings.
Kim is experienced with several of the leading HCM software solutions and has utilized them across different industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, and Insurance. Her extensive technical expertise has been honed during several systems implementations, giving her the experience needed to successfully drive results under tight timelines. Having spent a career on the customer side of the HCM world gives Kim the insight to practical application for customers in today’s technical world. She brings to her customers the Functional and Technical expertise with HRIS Systems focusing on Application System Integrations, Reporting and User Security.
