She has extensive Dayforce consulting expertise, where she led successful transformation, optimization, and change management initiatives, as well as end-to-end software implementations. She is knowledgeable across the entire Dayforce suite with an emphasis on the Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management modules. She is known for delivering seamless transitions and outstanding client outcomes through her consultative approach and deep understanding of client needs.

At Dayforce, she also drove the strategic product vision for HR, Workforce Management, Platform, and multiple Talent products, guiding cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle. Her focus on human-centered design, performance optimization, and API integrations ensured enhanced user satisfaction and product functionality.
