Shahil is a seasoned Dayforce Consultant with over 6 years of Dayforce experience spanning the entire “hire to retire” lifecycle. He has led numerous mid-market, enterprise and SMB Dayforce implementations across several industries including hospitality, real estate, commercial, education, and manufacturing – taking the role of Solutions Oversight on many of these implementations ensuring smooth delivery of projects.

Shahil thrives on the opportunity to work on complex, high-value projects. He is a proven project manager and implementation team leader known for his ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers and team members alike.

Shahil is a certified Dayforce consultant, underscoring his deep knowledge and proficiency in the product. In addition, he has worked extensively with other platforms including NetSuite, Mavenlink, Dell Boomi, and Celigo.

Shahil holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science with Network Security from the University of Technology, Mauritius. He also earned a Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) certification in project management.
