Senior HCM Consultant
David Swirnoff has 17 years of experience as an HR generalist and over 10 years of experience implementing and configuring Ceridian’s Dayforce HCM platform for multinational organizations with operations in the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
His professional experience as a generalist includes overseeing the day-to-day activities for a decentralized HR department for a public sector employer with more than 5,000 employees. His work included aspects of recruiting, training, policy development, employee relations, and labor relations.
His experience in implementing Dayforce includes the Core, WFM, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management modules. He also assisted with the development of Ceridian certification exams in Core, HR, Entitlements, and Payroll.
David attended Brandeis University and holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on management and strategy, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.
