Dee is a dedicated, creative, experienced professional with over 25 years in global corporate, non-profit, and consulting payroll and human resource environments. Her expertise includes leading national corporate global payroll departments and large system conversions and implementations through lean practices holding a green belt in Six Sigma. She has excellent project management and administration skills with emphasis on global payrolls, merger/acquisition payroll integration, payroll and time and attendance system conversions, payroll process analysis and Payroll/HR compliance. She also demonstrates skills in complex problem solving, lean processing and information-based solutions. Dee has outstanding organization and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Dee is certified by the American Payroll Association, Society of Human Resources, and the Global Payroll Management Institute, sits on several American Payroll Association committees and is the APA Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives.
Dee has been active with the American Payroll Association throughout her payroll career. She has served as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Webmaster of her local chapters in California, Oregon, Alaska and Tennessee, and is the Registration Director of the Tennessee Payroll Conference. Dee teaches and speaks on various Payroll topics and is a member of the National APA Speakers Bureau. She is a contributing writer to PAYTECH magazine, 2011 National Payroll Woman of the Year Award recipient and winner of several national and local payroll awards.
