Heidi Brown is a dynamic HCM professional with over 28 years of experience managing and implementing human capital management (HCM) projects. Passionate about driving efficiency and innovation, she excels at identifying opportunities for enhancement, analyzing challenges, and delivering strategic, value-added solutions that align business objectives, people practices, and technology.

Heidi has successfully led complex, multi-phase HCM implementations across large multinational organizations, including Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Engagement Manager, and Finance. A highly disciplined problem solver, she maintains a big-picture perspective while ensuring seamless execution at every project milestone. With exceptional interpersonal skills, she fosters collaboration and partnership across diverse teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fullerton College and is certified in Workday HCM Core, Workday Engagement Manager/Program Manager, UKG Pro, and UKG Pro WFM. She serves on the board for the Women in Leadership Executive Education Program at California State Polytechnic University and has been recognized with the Rising Women in Technology Award from Advancing Women in Technology.
