Josh Soechtig

Josh is a Senior HCM Consultant with over 10 years of payroll and accounting experience. He has been accountable for numerous implementations, mergers, acquisitions, and projects across several market sectors including private equity, enterprise markets, professional sports, manufacturing, and the casino industry across the United States and Canada.  

Josh has an extensive background in Corporate Accounting with a focus on General Ledger and Accounts Receivable Reconciliation. Prior to becoming a consultant, he spent 5 years successfully implementing payroll solutions on the Ceridian Dayforce HCM Platform. He also gained valuable experience helping Ceridian Managed Payroll & Benefits clients implement their Onboarding solutions. Josh’s unique blend of experiences provides him with the ability to guide organizations through system implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes that provide sustainable results.

Josh majored in Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Accounting from Suny Brockport.
