Keri Torone has 20 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus in the areas of Payroll and Human Resources Information Systems. She has provided strategic leadership for a variety of services including Workforce Management, Document Management, Performance Management, and Employee Development. She has also led efforts to implement and maximize efficient use of HR technology systems including Applicant Tracking Systems and Learning Management Systems.
Keri’s strong focus on recommending and implementing new and improved processes to reduce redundancies and manual work and automate functions has increased organizational quality, throughput, data capture and customer satisfaction. Her customer focus has been critical in transforming well-defined requirements into practical solutions that produce measurable results.
Prior to consulting Keri managed payroll and HR systems in the retail and food production and processing industries. Keri earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University. Her designations include the American Payroll Association’s Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), the HR Certification Institute’s Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and the Society for Human Resource Management’s Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
