Managing Director

Michael is an experienced HCM Implementation professional with a passion for delivering project experiences of the highest quality and develops trusting, long lasting partnerships with all clients and stakeholders. He is skilled in providing results-driven project leadership obtained through 13+ years of direct experience managing a diverse portfolio of global customers. His prior industry expertise includes Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare and Professional Sports.

In his current role as a Managing Director, Michael oversees ClearCourse Consulting’s Dayforce practice, and he leads a team of diverse and highly qualified consultants who specialize with Dayforce’s platform and deliver high quality customer experiences.

Throughout Michael’s career, he has guided numerous enterprise-wide implementations of Dayforce’s solution in a variety of roles including Project Sponsor, Program Director, Principal Project Manager, and Senior Consultant. He later led Dayforce’s HCM Quality Assurance Team as well as the Customer Onboarding Team within the Managed Services (BPM) group.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York, the college at Brockport.  He has also been recognized for outstanding performance and was a Ceridian President’s Circle award recipient.
