Mike is a dedicated and uniquely experienced Senior HCM Consultant and former CIO with expansive knowledge of HRIS/HCM, Time & Labor Management, Benefits Administration and Payroll Management systems including the laws and rules that govern them and the underlying technology they depend on.

For over two decades, Mike has provided a primary point of contact as account representative, consultant, and confidant for a great number of small to enterprise-level and international organizations from a wide range of industries. With over three-hundred successful implementations of HRIS/HCM systems of varying size and complexity, Mike has gained valuable experience across the full spectrum of workforce management systems and services including UKG, ADP, Workday, Sage Software and other large providers.

Mike is also experienced with implementing payroll accounting and general ledger solutions and has been involved with ERP and accounting software implementation, improvements, and integrations. Having this background has been quite valuable in helping bridge the divide that sometimes exists between HR, Payroll and Finance departments through the detailed understanding of their specific needs.

The unique combination of network and security administration, database management and HRIS/HCM experience brings a heavy arsenal of skills to every implementation. Mike has performed all implementation tasks generally handled by multiple consultants including system setup and configuration, data conversions and transformations, comprehensive report development, user acceptance testing, system integrations and personalized training.
