Sayem is a seasoned leader in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) with over nine years of experience driving enterprise system implementations, instructional design, and organizational transformation. As a Principal Instructional Designer and Lead WFM Implementation Specialist at Dayforce, Sayem has architected scalable training platforms and led end-to-end WFM system rollouts for internal teams and enterprise clients. His expertise lies in designing compliant, high-impact learning experiences that boost adoption and operational efficiency across global organizations.
Prior to his current role, Sayem served as a Senior Instructional Designer and HCM Implementation Consultant, where he supported cross-functional teams in configuring systems, optimizing workflows, and enhancing knowledge transfer. His earlier consulting tenure at Sability and Enforce Consulting saw him leading numerous successful Dayforce implementations across industries, championing best practices and innovation in HCM technologies.
Known for his blend of technical acumen, instructional strategy, and community leadership, Sayem brings a unique mix of vision and execution to every initiative he undertakes. He is passionate about empowering people and organizations to thrive through meaningful, scalable change.
Sayem holds a Master of Science Degree in Management from Southern Methodist University and completed executive education at Harvard Kennedy School. He co-founded Project Downtown National, a nonprofit uniting 19 chapters nationwide to combat homelessness, and serves on its executive board.
