Suzanne Brown

Suzanne is a seasoned HCM Consultant with over 20 years of functional and technical expertise with a focus on time and attendance systems including UKG’s Workforce Central (formerly Kronos) and ADP Vantage Time with a focus on pay rules, accruals, attendance, and system security. She has led numerous workforce management implementations and merger & acquisition related projects and has demonstrated success leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational efficiencies. Suzanne has also been instrumental in helping companies optimize their time & attendance solution and provide day-to-day business support.

With an emphasis on manufacturing operations in both the U.S. and Canada, she excels in requirements gathering, whether it be turning union contract language into detailed functional specifications or working with clients directly on their detailed pay requirements. By leveraging her advanced workforce management knowledge along with strong reporting and analytical skills, Suzanne strives to develop efficient, data-driven processes and system configurations that provide her clients with more intelligent ways to maximize the ROI of their HCM investment. 

Suzanne earned an Associate of Computer Science Degree from Trident Technical College.
